MINI CASKS: THE WHARFEDALE RANGE
All six beers from the Wharfedale range are now available to pre-order online or via the Wharfedale Brewery tap - the Flying Duck in Ilkley.
Our mini casks are available for collection or delivery.
Collection: If you choose to collect from the Flying Duck in Ilkley, please allow 48 hours from order for your mini cask to be filled. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
Delivery: Shipping is charged at £8.00 per mini cask. Please select UK Delivery on the Collection and Delivery options above. We ship all mini casks on Thursdays. Please place your order by noon on Tuesday for same-week dispatch and allow 4–5 working days for delivery.

Age Verification Required on collection or delivery. This product is not for sale to people under the age of 18. Proof of age and a signature will be required on delivery.

How to pour the perfect pint from your mini cask:● Store upright in a cool place for 24 hours before serving.● Try not to move the mini cask!● To pour, turn top handle 90 degrees until you hear a hiss. Pull red tap at the bottom out until it clicks.● Hold glass under tap, twist tap anticlockwise to pour.● Keep top handle closed between pours to prolong the quality of the beer.● Contents could be hazy, which is normal, but will not affect the taste. WHARFEDALE BEST 4.0% ABV
A traditional chestnut coloured Yorkshire Bitter made with a blend of malts infused with English hops. Subtle malt flavours give way to a floral spicey hoppiness to create a mild, bitter finish.

WHARFEDALE CITRA 4.2% ABV
A combination of Cascade and Citra leaf hops coupled with dry hopping using Citra pellets produce a smooth floral, tropical fruit flavour and a strong Citrus aroma. A zesty, hoppy citrus pale ale.

A refreshing, easy drinking session ale. Fresh malt and hop aromas lead to a pale beer bursting with flavour and a satisfying, lightly bittered finish. A great alternative to the Blonde.

A golden straw coloured blonde session ale. English malts combine with a blend of New Zealand and US hops to create lingering citrus/grapefruit flavours and a fresh satisfying bitter finish.

WHARFEDALE IPA 5.5% ABV
Mosaic, Simco, Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Commet and Equinox hops combine to produce an easy drinking, smooth, hoppy IPA with a strong flavour and a good bitter taste with caramel undertones.
