FLYING DUCK EVENTS

Join us at the Duck every Tuesday for our free to enter quiz night, with food and drinks vouchers on offer for the winners. On the last Thursday of every month, we hold a Singer/Songwriter night.  On the first and third Friday we also host live music with local acoustic bands.  Click the link below or visit our Facebook page for info.

FUNCTION ROOM HIRE

Upstairs at the Duck there are two rooms which can be "hired" for private functions, parties and business meetings/seminars free of charge.

Depending on your requirements, we have a fully stocked bar which can be staffed and hot or cold buffets can be provided.

Special events can also be arranged for private parties, including brewery tours, wine and gin tasting, etc.

WHARFEDALE BREWERY

The Flying Duck is the only pub in the area to have its very own microbrewery on site.  Wharfedale Brewery, situated at the back of the pub and viewed from our sun terrace gallary, produces a range of high quality regular and special ales which can be found on the pub bar, complimenting an every changing range of real ales. Click below to find out more about our ales and to book a brewery tour.

RENT A CASK OF ALE

Having A House Party? BBQ? Birthday Party Or Wedding? Then why not rent a cask of your favourite Wharfedale beer to liven up your event?

We can supply either 72 pint firkins or 36 pint poly-pins, and you can hire one of our hand pumps so you pull that perfect pint at home, just like in the pub!
